As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it is our business to maintain long term relationships with clients. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase contact us immediately at sales@sales-luxury.org. We will instruct you where to return your bag(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
You must return your bag(s) new and unused within 7 days of receipt for refund. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense to China and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (ie. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the goods.
