If you are returning products for exchange/refund:
The product condition must be BRAND-NEW - this means never worn nor unpacked. Once you have worn your replica watches, the exchange/refund policy is void. This also means the plastic wrapping around the band of the watches must be in-tact and not removed.
All products must be post-marked no later than 7 days after you have received your product.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs are not refundable.Please insure your return items.
The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
Tampered products will also not be exchanged/refunded. This means if the watches have been opened up, or any other parts of the watch have been tampered with.
If you are returning products for warranty (6 Months):
The warranty periods are stated below. They are the suggested warranty periods from the manufacturers' themselves.
Only manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, etc.). Make sure the crown on all watches is always screwed in tight so that water does not get in.
If any watches have been tampered with, the warranty is immediately void. Do NOT open the backs of the watches because most (if not all) people don't close them properly and water always ends up getting in. This is a standard exclusion even on genuine watches.
If manufacturers' defects appears on the product within 1 week from ordering, we will replace it with a new one. Usually if they don't show up within a week, they won't show up at all.
If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model! If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same or similar value In virtually all cases of manufacturers' defects, the products can be repaired .
